Traditionally, organizations that ask for this solution have their own existing ways to attach this data to an existing internal reporting tool and mine it. The solution only includes the production and maintenance of the cost data. Its mining and the reporting from it are left to the client.

Business Line Reporting/Patient Level Database Implementation

This solution entails the implementation and maintenance of the Patient Level Database component of our Business Line Management System.  The organizations that choose just this solution are not interested in the Cost information or are not ready to implement Cost Accounting yet. Through the use of this solution, the institution can conduct clinical assessment and other non-cost specific analysis like contract utilization assessment, historical protocol development, etc. This solution also provides the client with Business Views to mine the data as needed.

Productivity Management Implementation

This solution entails the implementation and maintenance of the IMOS Productivity Management System. Traditionally, institutions that opt for this solution have the means to carry through the process on their own.

Productivity Management Process Assitance

This solution entails the implementation and maintenance of the IMOS Productivity Management System PLUS using IMOS to assist you in managing the process. Traditionally, institutions that opt for this solution need assistance in implementing a productivity management process. While IMOS will not conduct the process itself (the enforcement aspect of it are always the purview of the client), IMOS can assist the client in conducting this process. The process entails the review of the reports with management and the department managers, the identification of variances and the identification of the reasons for it. Designing plans for corrective action is always the responsibility of the client. However, IMOS can assist in the process by creating additional means of monitoring specific aspects of performance for specific departments are needs dictate.

Business Performance Assessment Solution

This solution entails getting the combination of the Cost Accounting and the Business Line Reporting/Patient Level Database implementation. Through the use of this solution package, the client can obtain all the benefits of the Business Performance Assessment Solution PLUS the cost information they need to conduct financial assessments.
